Lexus Pavilion 2013 and Ruyi Melbourne

The last few months have seen me work on two big commissions - Ruyi Dumping and Wine Bar - a modern Chinese eatery and swell little bar in a very Melbourne laneway (16 Liverpool Street). The other commission, which occurred almost simultaneously (turning the studio into something of a factory, the backyard into a storage facility) was the Lexus Design Pavilion 2013. That involved creating large dark stoneware vessels (very Japanese) as centrepieces. Images to come.

It has been an honour to have been picked up by internationally renowned Melbourne based design studio Hecker Guthrie for these projects.
